Account Executive – EAST SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA / NORTHWEST REGION 

LORAC Cosmetics, Inc. is a privately owned cosmetics company founded in 1995 by celebrity makeup artist Carol Shaw.  We are currently recruiting for the position of Account Executive in Northern California.

 Job Responsibilities Include:

 

·         Analysis of sales by door and implementation of strategies to drive sales in each account

·         Establish relationships and communicate regularly with Retail Partner management to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives at each point of sale

·         Recruit, schedule and ensure part-time Makeup Artists are trained, able to assist with store   coverage and appropriately represent the brand

·         Administrative efforts such as scheduling, time sheet approval, budgets, etc.

·         In store selling and training at least 4 days / week

·         Travel as required

 

Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills

  • Prior management experience in the cosmetics field
  • Accountability for sales figures at all points of sale within region
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively present the brand in training and workshop sessions
  • Ability to motivate sales associates
  • Strong selling and makeup artistry skills
  • Concept and image oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license (for car travel) and the willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Proficiency with IBM based Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and e-mail)
  • SEPHORA & ULTA In store relationships a plus
