- Always start with Behind the Scenes Eye Primer for crease-resistant eye shadow and long-lasting stay-true color. For more intense color payoff with the Starry-Eyed Eye Shadow, apply shadows wet by adding a small amount of water to brush. To achieve bold definition, use the darkest shade wet as a liner on the upper or lower lash line. To make the eyes pop and appear bigger & brighter, use a bit of the lightest shade on the inner corners of the eye.
