  • Cosmetics Sales Coordinator in the Milwaukee, WI area
  • Cosmetics Sales Coordinator in the Phoenix, AZ area


COSMETICS SALES COORDINATOR (Milwaukee, WI)

LORAC Cosmetics, Inc. is seeking candidate for the full time position of Cosmetics Sales Coordinator based in the Milwaukee area. Candidate must live within close proximity to central Milwaukee, WI and be willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Analysis of sales by door and implementation of strategies to drive sales in each account 
Establish relationships and communicate regularly with Retail Partner management to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives at each point of sale
Administrative efforts such as feedback forms and following up with stores to confirm scheduled visits 
In store selling and training 5 days / week with a minimum of 4 weekend days per month and all weekends during high volume selling periods required
Assist Account Executive in planning and implementing in-store events and promotions
Work as an enthusiastic ambassador of the brand
Travel as required
Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills

Strong selling and makeup artistry skills with experience in the cosmetics field required
Accountability for sales figures at all points of sale within region
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to effectively present the brand in training and workshop sessions
Ability to motivate sales associates
Valid driver's license (for car travel) and the willingness to travel throughout the region
Proficiency with PC based software (Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail programs) and comfort level with spread sheets
ULTA & KOHLS In store relationships a plus
