SALES COORDINATOR POSITION

LORAC is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Sales Coordinator based in the Detroit Area. Territory to include, but not limited to: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, North Dakota, and Pittsburgh.

Travel as required (could be up to 80% of time)

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Analysis of sales by door and implementation of strategies to drive sales in each account
  • Establish relationships and communicate regularly with Retail Partner management to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives at each point of sale
  • Administrative efforts such as feedback forms and following up with stores to confirm scheduled visits
  • In store selling and training 5 days / week
  • Assist Account Executive in planning and implementing in-store events and promotions
  • Work as an enthusiastic ambassador of the brand
  • 80% Travel as required

Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills

  • Strong selling and makeup artistry skills with experience in the cosmetics field
  • Accountability for sales figures at all points of sale within region
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively present the brand in training and workshop sessions
  • Ability to motivate sales associates
  • Valid driver's license (for car travel) and the willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Proficiency with PC based software (Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail programs) and comfort level with spread sheets
  • SEPH & ULTA In store relationships a plus

PART TIME MAKEUP ARTIST POSITION

There is currently a Part-time Makeup Artist position available in the Pittsburgh Area.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive retail business volume through in store selling at all points of sale
  • Provide brand and product information to clients and retail partner selling team
  • Communicate effectively with Account Executive and Corporate Office to provide information and suggestions to increase sales at all points of sale
  • Work as an enthusiastic ambassador of the Brand
  • Travel as required (could be up to 80% of time)

Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills

  • Previous cosmetic sales experience
  • Strong makeup artistry skills
  • Ability to effectively present the brand in training sessions
  • Accountability for sales figures at points of sale visited on any given day
  • Concept and image oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate sales associates

TEMPORARY FIELD ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - NORTHWEST TERRITORY

A privately owned cosmetics company founded in 1995 by a celebrity makeup artist is seeking candidate for the temporary position of Account Executive in the San Francisco Area.

Preferred:

  • ULTA relationships
  • Prior sales experience in the cosmetics field
  • Knowledge and passion for cosmetics/makeup

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Analysis of sales by door and implementation of strategies to drive sales in each account
  • Establish relationships and communicate with Retail Partner management to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives at each point of sale
  • Recruit, schedule and ensure part-time Makeup Artists are trained, able to assist with store coverage and appropriately represent the brand
  • Administrative efforts such as scheduling, time sheet approval, budgets, etc.
  • In store selling and training at least 4 days / week
  • Travel as required
