Cosmetics Sales Coordinator (Philadelphia, PA)

 

LORAC is seeking a candidate for the full time position of Sales Coordinator in the Philadelphia, PA area. Coverage includes the Mid-Atlantic region including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey .

  •  Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Analysis of sales by door and implementation of strategies to drive sales in each account
  • Establish relationships and communicate regularly with Retail Partner management to discuss brand performance and initiatives to surpass sales objectives at each point of sale
  • Administrative efforts such as feedback forms and following up with stores to confirm scheduled visits
  • In store selling and training 5 days / week with a minimum of 4 weekend days per month and all weekends during high volume selling periods required
  • Assist Account Executive in planning and implementing in-store events and promotions
  • Work as an enthusiastic ambassador of the brand
  • Travel as required

Job Qualifications and Necessary Skills

  •  Strong selling and makeup artistry skills with experience in the cosmetics field
  • Accountability for sales figures at all points of sale within region
  •  Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively present the brand in training and workshop sessions
  •  Ability to motivate sales associates
  • Valid driver's license (for car travel) and the willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Proficiency with PC based software (Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail programs) and comfort level with spread sheets
  • ULTA & KOHLS In store relationships a plus
